Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be linked to you as an individual.

10. Children & Minors

phdream16 strictly prohibits access to its Platform by individuals under 21 years of age, as mandated by PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. phdream16 does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21.

Age verification is conducted at registration and reinforced through KYC document checks. If phdream16 discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account is held by an individual under 21 years of age, the Account will be immediately suspended, all associated funds will be frozen, and the matter will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR's applicable procedures. 21+ Only

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

phdream16 may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, regulatory requirements, or Platform operations. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address on file at least 7 days before the updated Policy takes effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates when the most recent revision was made. Continued use of the phdream16 Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
